Upcoming Events

These are events that I may be attending

Michael Phillips - Chi Development Exercises - The Foundation of Taoist Jibengong

September 25th and 26th in Sierra Vista

Save the date for a rare opportunity to learn authentic 'Inner Door' Taoist 'Jibengong', or 'Body-Skills' that will help cultivate the intrinsic energy, qi (chi) of your body.

Many of the “higher-level” drills in the Internal Arts are kept secret and "inner-door", because they train the specific "body-skills" that are the secret to the arts success (ie. martial effectiveness). The “Chi Development Exercises” are an important and essential aspect of Jibengong.

The practice is for anyone of any fitness level currently learning from either Kelley Graham or Bob Chasan. This is indoor training not open to the general public.

Anyone who practices these exercises for the traditional 100 days can expect to experience profound changes in the quality of their body-movement.

The event is three separate events. Saturday is Chi Gung and Spiraling and Sunday is Kai Men. Cost for each event is $100 each. So total cost for the weekend would be $300.00. You MUST call me to schedule first. You may not simply show up and join.
